Vitamin E Oil

Here's a health care tip: Before I began my therapy in June, I had a catheter placed in my chest. Needless to say, when it was removed, it left a couple of holes in my shoulder.

One of the things I've been using for the last four months or so to repair the damage is some Vitamin E oil. You can get a bottle either online, or at your local neighborhood drug store. The oil is very effective at reducing skin blemishes. Every morning I apply a thin layer over each of the scars.

I don't have a good picture of the scars before I started applying the oil, but you can tell even after four months that the scar has started to clear up. There's a twenty year-old scar in the vicinity of these wounds; I'm using the oil on it and it is also showing improvement.
